  We moved away from family in 2012 and it tore a little piece of my heart. Our oldest granddaughter, Audree was 9 months old at the time and four more sweet granddaughters have been born all stair stepped in age since. Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired

We had back to back weekends with our precious granddaughters, but caught a bug along the way and kept pushing and trying to ignore the illness.  I am stubborn when it comes to being sick and do not like to admit when I do not feel good.  I double up on Vitamin C and just keep trucking along.  This did not work this time.  Here it is so close to my race, I thought this can not be happening.  Then on top of this, I pulled my glute and had a lot of pain from it.  I started using my…
